Samsung e Americanas - Propaganda Enganosa
Minha reclamação: www.reclameaqui.com.br Já tinha uma TV Plasma Samsung 50" Série 4 (modelo C450) há pouco tempo (3 meses), mas queria funções extras como ser Full HD e principalmente ter internet. Então no dia 31/12/2010 comprei a Plasma Série 5 (modelo C550 ou mais detalhadamente PL50C550G1MXZD) também 50" da Samsung, pois no site da própria fabricante prometiam ser Full HD e ter a função "Internet@ TV" que permite acessar conteúdo como YouTube etc através da internet via cabo ou com um acessório pra acessar sem fios. Os problemas começaram quando eu tirei a TV da caixa. O modelo simplesmente não era o mesmo contido nos sites. Era mais grosso e não tinha os botões na parte de baixo, mas sim nas laterais, ou seja, outro modelo. Entrei em contato com o SAC para me ajudarem e para minha infeliz surpresa a atendente falou que esse modelo nem sequer tem a função Internet@ TV como prometido no site da própria fabricante quando a comprei e que a mesma só tem a função de atualizar a TV pelo cabo de internet. Isso é um absurdo! Oferecem um modelo e mandam outro com design diferente, prometem funções que quando chega em casa descobrimos não existir... Pura propaganda enganosa! Eu troquei minha TV por uma plasma de mesmo tamanho e da mesma marca pra ter a função Internet@ TV que a Samsung prometia e não tem? Eu não abro mão dos meus direitos. Quero minha TV com a função de Internet@ TV mesmo que a Samsung tenha que trocar por um modelo de igual tamanho com essa função, Serie 6, 7 ...
